The 20 Simcha Holtzberg Project were designed by Dror Brill Architects, who emphasize creative, meticulous and contemporary design. The buildings were designed with simple, clean and pleasing lines to create harmony and serenity. The design, construction and finish are outstanding, like any Carasso project. The project contains two ten-story boutique buildings featuring diverse mix of apartments.

The tenants will enjoy an elegant designer lobby, elevator, and pushchair and bicycle rooms. Each apartment will have private parking and the parking lot will have infrastructure for electric car charging stations. A spacious tenants’ club was designed for meetings and activities in the building – birthday parties, yoga or Pilates classes, or any other activity you wish to carry out in comfort.
